A very scary pumpkin! I tried to make the letters of my name look like jack o’lantern teeth - not sure if it really comes across, though ![]()
I can never get my circuits to work without assistance from an elementary schooler, it seems, so I ended up using one battery for each LED. It’s currently (ha, electricity joke!) grinning menacingly from behind the children’s desk. I wish I’d started with a bit more intentionality - who is this for? couldn’t say! - but I’m pleased with its silly little nose nonetheless.
I made a Purge Mask for my husband. It was really tough (I’m new to circuitry) but I got it to work and I am really excited! Can’t wait to try this with my library kids!
Thanks for sharing Stacy @ducktapegurl ! I’m really curious about what the back looks like. Could you share a photo of … the dark side
??
Thanks for sharing photos of your program. Pop-up cards are my favorite type of cards.
I love the variety of projects here! I see that you skipped the copper tape. Was the light-up part a last-minute add-on?
We did copper tape! Also foil strip wires. Might be that didn’t make it to the pictures- a lot of kids opted for the simpler tape it all together. But I had some who went for the more complex circuits.
Thanks Rob! It’s great to hear about different levels of learner engagement. ![]()
