Hi, everyone!
My name is Tiffany, and I’m a researcher at the University of Tokyo. I graduated from the MIT Media Lab, PhD 2016, and also volunteered at the Watertown Public Library Makerspace HATCH when I was living in Cambridge!
I’m currently conducting research on how to better support K12 educators teaching interactive product design combining electronics with fabrication (such as craft materials, 3D printing, or fabric).
If this fits any activities you facilitate in your library, it would be super helpful if you could share your experience in this 10 minute survey: https://forms.gle/HKu1nVsJeeuYMvus6
Additionally, if you are open to sharing with other educators outside of this forum, I’ve provided a short blurb below that can be forwarded.
Thanks so much!

Are you a K12 educator that teaches workshops or courses around interactive product design, or projects that involve electronics and mechanical / tangible design?
Please share your experience in this 10 minute survey! https://forms.gle/HKu1nVsJeeuYMvus6
This survey is part of a larger research project on supporting educators teaching interactive product design conducted by Tiffany Tseng at the University of Tokyo.
