Documentation is also a practice that I need to get better at.

Remembering to take photos beforehand, photos during, and then reflect at the end of a workshop or program can feel like too much on top of running the workshop itself!! But the times I actually do remember to document and reflect, I feel calmer, because I know I set myself up for success for the next time.

Here’s some resources to remind you to document and reflect!

- [Print or make a copy of this checklist and worksheet](https://docs.google.com/document/d/1MKEEJ2vAPFEFtu2ESeKnBvT-EzJfGauEx8rmc3H0d4A/edit?tab=t.0) to remind you to take pictures, and jot a few reflection notes for the share out!
- For a pocket version, print and fold this zine, that has the same content.

Yet another reason I am so thrilled to be part of this community. I’m putting together a toolkit for our pop-up makerspace and this will help my coworkers as well as myself. Thank you!
