I love this! It’s nostalgic… And blurring the other names of buildings (that have replaced things… _tears_) is clever!

I like the highlights against the shadow on the map. It conveys highlights of childhood memories contrasting childhood innocence in the background with the not-so-innocent signals of military presence.
